Criminal activity has hit an all-time high in Miami Beach, California. People have been murdered, banks have been raided and buildings have been burned down every week for the past six months and not even the police know what to do about it anymore. There has been gossip about an underground organization that is behind the growing criminal activity in the area and it seems that this group of people have an agenda. The recent crimes have been too perfectly executed, seemingly working in tandem with other crimes happening in the same week, for this to be purely coincidental.
